MSM ITI gives equal importance to both academic activities and discipline. Therefore, all the trainees are expected to obey the rules and regulations of the ITI and maintain good discipline.
The trainees should have 80% of attendance to appear for NCVT examination. So, all the trainees must attend the classes regularly and punctually.
smoking and use of intoxicants are strictly prohibited on the campus.
The trainees must wear the prescribed uniform and identity card on the campus on all days.
Trainees who were absent in class must submit proper leave letter signed by their parents/Guardian. Incase of absence due to illness for more than a week, medical certificate should be produced to get attendance.
All the fees are to be paid in time. Fees, once remitted, shall not be paid back if a trainee terminates his study due to own reason or he is dismissed for any grave offence. No trainee will be allowed to appear for the NCVT examination unless all the fees are cleared.
The trainees are expected to maintain a good code of conduct and a healthy relationship with teachers and fellow trainees. They must obey and respect the teachers and behave properly to the other staffs of the institution.
